Garbage

The village has entered into a new contract with Gills Disposal. With this new contract new garbage and recycling bins will be distributed to residents by Gills. Once a confirmed date is set another notice will be sent out along with updated changes/policies moving forward in regards to waste/recycling collection.

Burn Pile
12/30/2024
The burn pile is back open 12/30/24. Future notices will no longer be needed as we will begin using a STATUS bar at the top of the website screen. Please check there for future updates.
Burn pile

The village burn pile will close December 24th and hopefully reopen on December 27th. As a reminder NO Christmas trees are allowed in the burn pile. Christmas tree recycling drop off is located in Memory park parking lot near the ball diamond. Trees must be dropped off before January 15th.
Snow Parking
12/21/2024
As we move into winter, reminder that the parking rules during declared snow emergencies are Even/Odd (north,west/south,east) parking. Vehicles in violation are subject to ticket & towing at the owners expense. Be sure you are signed up for text & email alerts to recieve the notices.

Water/Sewer Mapping

The village is in the process of updating water/sewer mapping. You may see people out mapping your water shut off. This has all been authorized by the village. Any questions please contact the village office.
